You'll have to PM an admin, those scary guys in red. When you do though be sure to be very humble about things and to constantly tell them they're pretty (who doesn't like being told their pretty?) before asking for a name change. If you are granted a name change, it's common custom to send the admin who helped you a muffin basket as thanks (Sub likes chocolate, Unred likes blueberry, Breakpoint also likes blueberry)

EDIT: Turns out Sub doesn't like chocolate muffins. You can just say you donated to a charity in his name or you can pretend to name a star after him. He's not very picky about things (unless it comes to muffins)
